We are looking for a committed and qualified Quality Management Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
In this role, you will actively contribute to ensuring and further developing our Quality Management System. You will support key processes, prepare QM documentation, assist during audits and work closely with management and various departments. Your Responsibilities
- Support in ensuring the KGE Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015
- Implementation of management and departmental targets
- Processing quality data, statistical evaluations and deriving trends
- Creation and maintenance of QM-relevant documents
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility in daily operations
- Support in preparing audits and employee training
- Strong communication skills
- Assistance to the department management
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Confident use of standard Office applications
- Practical experience with QM methods such as 4D / 8D Reports
- Excellent command of the German language, written and spoken
- Good English skills
- Analytical mindset, structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to work independently, precisely and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
